NFF is proud to announce the addition of Steven Hancock as the Vice President of Sales, Technology Solutions. Steven will use his expertise and knowledge to assist NFF with accomplishing its sales and marketing goals and the associated strategic planning, process optimization, mentoring and training objectives.
Steven has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry in positions of increasing responsibility. He started as a Sales Manager, worked in Business Development, and later became a Regional Sales Director. For the past ten years he has been responsible for leading large sales teams at XO Communications, COX Business Services, and most recently Comcast Business. At Comcast Business, he lead five sales managers and 40 sales representatives covering Washington DC, MD, Virginia and West Virginia. During his tenure at Comcast he was responsible for sales profit and loss, and aligned revenue and operating expenses to achieve operating cash flow targets. Steven has a proven track record of successful sales management. During his 4 year tenure at COX, he grew revenue by $23 million and over the past two years at Comcast he grew revenue over $12 million. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
