In an annual audit performed by the Standards American Registrations Authority Registrar, which is the Networking For Future (NFF) ISO 9001:2008 auditor, NFF received a satisfactory audit report with zero non-conformities! The yearly ISO surveillance audit reviews the overall Management System, including our Goals and Objectives, Management Responsibilities, Customer Satisfaction, Corrective and Preventative Action, Monitoring and Measuring, to name a few.
The auditor also evaluated our processes and adherence to them, including all processes for each division of the company, training and communication, and processes for Nonconformance Control, and Resource Management. It was noted in the audit report that “The company does provide the adequate infrastructure, work environment, and process control to meet applicable requirements and expected outcomes.” Other observations from the report:
- Effective employee awareness
- Competent employees, all employees understand how their tasks affect quality
- Effectively implemented customer related processes
- Good housekeeping observed throughout the audit
This was NFF’s second official annual audit since achieving their ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2014. This year NFF will re-certify for the new ISO9001:2015 standard.
